האפליקציה "גלאי מ"צ" מאפשרת ללחוץ על כפתור אחד, "ראיתי מ"צ", ולשלוח התראה למשתמשים אחרים של האפליקציה שנמצאים במרחק של עד קילומטר אחד ממך. מדיניות זו מסבירה אילו נתונים האפליקציה אוספת, למה, עם מי הם משותפים ואיך אפשר לבקש את מחיקתם.

1. אין הרשמה ואין פרטים מזהים

האפליקציה אינה מבקשת שם, אימייל, מספר טלפון, סיסמה או קוד אימות. בהפעלה הראשונה נוצר עבורך באופן אוטומטי חשבון אנונימי בשרת, המזוהה רק במספר אקראי. האפליקציה אינה משתמשת ב-IMEI. מזהה פרסום עשוי לשמש את Google AdMob רק כשמוצגות מודעות למשתמש שאינו ב-Premium.

2. אילו נתונים נאספים

האפליקציה אינה אוספת אנשי קשר, תמונות, קבצים או היסטוריית גלישה, ואינה כוללת כלי אנליטיקה. חודש Premium במתנה יכול להתחיל ביום ההפעלה. זו אינה מתנה של Google Play. מי שלא מפעיל אותה נשאר בחינם ועשוי לראות מודעות של Google AdMob. בזמן Premium, כולל חודשי המתנה, לא מוצגות מודעות.

איננו מוכרים נתונים. הנתונים מעובדים רק על ידי ספקי השירות הנחוצים להפעלת האפליקציה:

Privacy Policy – גלאי מ"צ (MZ Finder)

The app lets you press one button to alert other app users within 1 km of you. Premium users can be notified from up to 2 km away.

Data we collect

  • No name, email, phone number or password. An anonymous account with a random ID is created automatically.
  • Precise location (latitude, longitude, last update time), updated while the app is open and when you send an alert.
  • Background location, only if you grant "Allow all the time": updated about every 15 minutes so you can receive nearby alerts while the app is closed.
  • A random installation ID and a Firebase Cloud Messaging token used to deliver notifications.
  • Alert records (your anonymous ID, installation ID, location and time of the alert, delivery counts) and delivery records (recipient anonymous ID, FCM status and message ID, received/displayed times). Tokens are not stored in delivery records.

No contacts, photos, files or analytics. A one-month Premium gift can start on the activation date. It is not a Google Play free trial and it does not charge automatically. Users who never start it stay free and may see Google AdMob ads. Premium, including the gift, has no ads. Google may process an advertising ID only to show those ads.

How data is used and shared

Data is used to find users within 1 km (Premium users within 2 km) whose location was updated in the last 15 minutes, send them the alert, show the sender delivery status, and enforce a 60-second cooldown. When you send an alert, those users get the distance. Coordinates are not shown on screen; opening the map hands the point to the maps app. The alert has no name or identifier. We do not sell data. Optional Premium is billed by Google Play. Ads for users who are not Premium and not in the gift are served by Google AdMob. Processors: Appwrite Cloud (Frankfurt, EU), Google Firebase Cloud Messaging, Google Play Services, Google Play Billing and Google AdMob.

Security, retention and deletion

All traffic uses HTTPS and data is only accessible through the server. Your stored location is overwritten on each update. Alert and delivery records are kept until deleted. Uninstalling stops collection. To delete all data linked to your anonymous account, contact us; requests are handled within 30 days.

Children and changes

The app is not directed to children under 13. Updates to this policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
